• Pages visited (audience)

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Answering quote requests — pre-contractual (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Performance of intervention contract — contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Service and site improvement — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Recipients

Your data is processed by our internal team and, where relevant, technical sub-processors (hosting, email provider, accountant). We do not sell, rent or swap your data commercially.

5. Retention

• Non-converted requests: max 12 months.
• Client files: 10 years (accounting).
• Navigation data: max 25 months (anonymised).
