Bed bugs are not linked to poor hygiene. They travel in luggage, clothes and second-hand furniture. Once settled, they reproduce very fast and are resistant to consumer insecticides.

Unlike classic interventions requiring 3 to 5 visits, we treat bed bugs in an average of 1 to 2 interventions thanks to a combination of methods: targeted spraying, thermal fogging, heat treatment and canine detection as a complement.

How to spot the problem

The signs to identify

Aligned bites on waking

Typically on arms, legs, back, neck. Bites are often aligned or clustered, itching for several days.

Small black marks

Bug droppings on sheets, mattress, headboards and skirting boards near the bed. Look like felt-tip dots.

Flat brown insects

Adults 4 to 7 mm, reddish brown, flattened. Visible in mattress seams, box springs, bed frames.

Sweet smell

In heavy infestations, a persistent sweetish odour, sometimes compared to coriander or over-ripe raspberry.

Why act fast

The risks of leaving an infestation untreated

Sleep deprivation

Anxiety, sleep disorders, mental-health impact: the first consequence of an untreated infestation is exhaustion.

Rapid spread

Eggs and larvae colonise neighbouring furniture, then neighbouring rooms, then neighbouring flats via shafts and skirting boards.

Growing cost

The longer you wait, the larger the infestation, the heavier and more expensive the treatment. Early action cuts the cost by two or three.

Methodology

4 professional techniques combined

No single method is 100% effective against bed bugs. We combine spraying, thermal fogging, heat treatment and canine detection depending on the configuration.

  1. 1

    Targeted spraying

Certified biocides with residual effect on all risk zones: mattress seams, skirting boards, sockets, bed frame.

  2. 2

    Thermal fogging

Diffusion of hot micro-particles that penetrate gaps unreachable by standard spraying. Advanced, rare technique.

  3. 3

    Heat treatment

Lethal temperature rise (above 55 °C) for bugs and eggs. No chemicals, ideal for children's rooms and mattresses.

  4. 4

    Canine detection

Dog specially trained to detect live bed bugs. Fast diagnosis before and after treatment: confirms or rules out infestation.

Indicative prices

How much does the intervention cost?

Price depends mostly on surface area and infestation level. Heat treatment and canine detection are optional and billed separately.

Configuration Price
Studio / 1 bedroom from €290
Flat 2–3 bedrooms from €450
House / large flat on quote

Every quote factors in surface area, infestation level, accessibility and required equipment. All prices are announced before intervention — no billing surprises.

Frequently asked questions

How many interventions are really needed?
1 to 2 interventions are enough in the vast majority of cases with our combined protocol, versus 3 to 5 for chemical-only treatments.
Do I need to throw out my mattress?
No — in more than 95% of cases we save the mattress, box spring and furniture. Replacement is only recommended if the furniture is end-of-life.
How do I prepare the home?
We send you a precise checklist before the visit: washing fabrics at 60°, meticulous vacuuming, clearing access. Preparation drives effectiveness.
I'm a tenant — who pays?
Liability depends on the age of the infestation and the lease. We provide an intervention report usable in discussions with the landlord or agency.
