Terms and conditions

1. Object

These terms govern rodent control, pest control, disinfection and related services provided by BKL Services SRL (the "Provider") to private or business clients.

2. Quote and acceptance

Any quote issued by the Provider, verbally or in writing, is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Acceptance by the client, including verbally (phone confirmation), constitutes a firm order and acceptance of these terms.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in euros including VAT. Payment is due at the end of the intervention, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted means: bank transfer, electronic payment, cash (private clients). Late-payment interest is due at statutory rate plus 2%, plus a flat recovery fee of €50.

4. Performance of the intervention

The client undertakes to provide the Provider with the access conditions needed. The client must follow post-intervention instructions.

5. Result guarantee

The Provider offers a written result guarantee on its interventions. Duration and conditions are stated on the quote and invoice. If the problem persists during the covered period, the Provider returns at no additional cost.

The guarantee does not apply in case of: non-compliance with post-intervention instructions, external reinfestation, absence of agreed follow-up.

6. Liability

The Provider exclusively uses certified biocides and intervenes via Certibiocide-certified technicians. Its liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage strictly linked to a proven fault. Indirect damage (loss of earnings, moral prejudice, etc.) is excluded save gross fault.

7. Right of withdrawal (B2C)

For private clients, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to services ordered remotely. However, on explicit request for urgent intervention within this period, the client expressly waives their right of withdrawal in accordance with article VI.53 of the Belgian Economic Law Code.

8. Data protection

The client's personal data is processed in line with our privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Any dispute is governed by Belgian law. The courts of the Walloon Brabant judicial district have exclusive jurisdiction.
